人工全膝关节置换术患者的康复护理方法与效果观察

Rehabilitation nursing methods and effect observation in patients with artificial total knee arthroplasty

目的探讨人工全膝关节置换术患者的康复护理方法与治疗效果。方法选取2015年1月至2017年1月收治的64例实施人工全膝关节置换术的患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,各32例。对照组采用常规护理方法,研究组在常规护理的基础上采取康复护理干预措施。分析比较两组患者术后的手术部位疼痛情况和膝关节康复情况。结果研究组患者手术日及术后3 d的VAS评分均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者出院时和术后2个月的膝关节康复情况明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人工全膝关节置换术患者采用康复护理方法进行护理干预,不仅可以减轻患者术后的疼痛感,还有利于患者膝关节的康复,具有较好的临床疗效,值得在临床上进行大力推广。

Objective To explore the rehabilitation nursing methods and effect of patients with artificial total knee arthroplasty.Methods Sixty-four patients undergoing artificial total knee arthroplasty from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 32 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received conventional nursing,and patients in the study group received rehabilitation nursing interventions on the basis of conventional nursing.The surgical site pain state and knee recovery state after surgery were compared and analyzed in the two groups.Results The VAS scores of the study group on the operation day and 3 d after operation were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery of the knee joint in the study group at discharge and at 2 months after surgery were significantly better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing in patients with artificial total knee arthroplasty can relieve the postoperative pain and help patients'rehabilitation of knee joint.It has good clinical curative effect and is worth to vigorously promote in clinic.
