重症监护专科护士实践培训模式及时间效果分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探索重症监护(ICU)专科护士实践培训模式,以优化ICU专科护士的实践培训质量。方法选取2016年参加全军重症监护专科护士培训班的43名学员,根据学员有无ICU工作经验,将学员分为A、B两个级别实施分层培训,并在实践培训前、培训2周和培训4周后进行实践考核。比较和分析A、B级学员的成绩。结果 43名学员均顺利完成了实践培训。实践培训后所有学员的成绩均高于培训前(P<0.01)。B级学员实践培训2周后与4周后的成绩比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而A级学员差异不显著(P=0.083)。结论规范的实践培训后,实践考核成绩均较培训前有显著提高。针对不同层次学员实施不同时间的实践培训,可以提高实践培训的时效性。 Objective To explore the practice training mode of intensive care unit(ICU)nurse specialists and optimize the training quality of ICU nurse specialists.Methods In 2016,43 trainees attended the training course of intensive care nurses in the army were divided into two grades(A and B)to carry out the stratified training according to whether the trainees had ICU work experience.All the trainees were assessed before training,after training for 2 weeks and 4 weeks.The trainees'grades were compared and analyzed in grade A and B.Results All 43 trainees completed the practice training successfully.The grades of all trainees after practice training were higher than those before training(P<0.01).The difference in the trainees'grades of grade B between 2 weeks and 4 weeks after training was statistically significant(P<0.01),the difference was not significant for grade A trainees(P=0.083).Conclusion After the practice of standardized training,the grades of practice examination are significantly improved compared with those before training.The practice of different levels of practice training for different grades of trainees can improve the timeliness of practice training
