摘要 实时剪切波弹性成像技术可根据组织硬度差异定量测得杨氏模量值,相比常规超声检查能够更好地分析与评估组织硬度信息,对甲状腺疾病的鉴别诊断及临床预后评估具有重要价值。本文对该技术的原理及其在甲状腺疾病诊断中的应用进行综述,以探讨实时剪切波弹性成像技术对于评估临床以及指导临床用药的价值及意义。 The real time shear wave elastography can quantitivly measure the young's modulus value according to the hardness difference of the organization,which can better analyze and evaluate the tissue hardness information than the conventional ultrasound.It has an important value of differential diagnosis of thyroid disease and clinical prognosis evaluation.This article reviews the principle of the technology and its application in the diagnosis of thyroid disease,to explore the value and significance of real-time shear wave elastography in the evaluation of clinic and guidance of clinical drug use.
