Analysis of the Effect of Skills Competition on Promoting the Comprehensive Quality of Counselors——Take the First Counselors' Skills Competition in Jincheng Intitute of Technology as An Example

辅导员职业技能大赛实际就是知识运用、心理历练、自我反思与素养再提高的过程,通过"以赛代练"可以促进高校辅导员综合素养的提升,优化辅导员队伍结构,推动高校辅导员队伍职业化、专业化的发展。本文以晋城职业技术学院首届辅导员职业技能大赛为契机,探讨辅导员工作的重要性、辅导员职业能力的现状,并期望通过技能大赛全面提升辅导员综合素养。

Counselors’occupational skills competition is actually the process of knowledge utilization,psychological training,self-reflection and quality reimprovement.Through participating in the competition in?stead of training,it can promote the comprehensive quality of college counselors,optimize the structure of coun?selors and impulse their professional development.Using the First Counselors’Skills Competition in Jincheng Vocational and Technical College as an opportunity,this paper explores the importance of counselors’work,the status quo of counselors’professional ability and the overall promotion of the comprehensive quality of counselors through skills competition.
