The Investigation and Analysis about the Professional Commitment of Students in Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要 本研究采用《大学生专业承诺量表》对752名高职学生的专业承诺情况进行了调查。结果表明,高职学生专业承诺在年级、入学情况和生源地上均存在差异。具体表现为:大一学生的情感承诺水平比大二高;高中理科学生的规范承诺水平低于自主招生学生;农村学生在理想承诺维度上的得分高于镇、县城学生,且在规范承诺维度和量表总分上的得分均高于镇、县城和城市学生。 The study has an investigation on 752 higher vocational college students by using"Undergradu?ates'professional Commitment Scale".The results show that higher vocational college students have differences in their professional commitment in the aspects of grade,college entrance and origin,which are specifically manifested as follow:The level of freshmen's affective commitment is higher than the sophomore’s;The level of high school science students'normative commitment is lower than the independent recruitments’;The di?mensionality score of rural students'ideal commitment is higher than that of the students from towns and coun?ties,and the level of normative commitment and the total score of the scale are also higher than those of the stu?dents from towns,counties and cities.
