高职院校课堂教学与岗位实际对接错位的实证研究——以职业教育顶层设计相关文件为着眼点 被引量:1

摘要 高职院校的人才培养定位一直是紧跟市场需求的实用技能型人才。但纵观山西省高职院校的师资结构、在用教材、学生职业素质等均因各种原因限制,课堂教学更新、改进速度远远落后于企业及市场的核心技术和市场一线实践的变化。着眼于职业教育顶层设计相关文件,以太原旅游职业学院旅游管理专业为例,结合旅游学院最近6年内的校本教材改革、项目教学实践、构建校企合作实践学习型教学团队、学生顶岗实习创新改革等努力所取得的实际效果与成绩的梳理,形成对高职院校课堂教学与岗位实际对接的总结与启示,为其他高职院校进行课堂教学模式改革、人才培育方式完善、实践型教师团队构建、市场化项目教学操作提供新的视角和参考。 The talent cultivation orientation of higher vocational colleges has been keeping up with the market demand for practical skilled personnel.But on account of various restrictions of faculty structure,teach?ing materials in use,the students’professional quality in higher vocational colleges in Shanxi,the speed of re?newal and improvement of classroom teaching has lagged far behind the enterprises’and markets’core tech?nology and the change of the practice in front-line market.Starting from the relevant document about the top level design of vocational education and taking the Tourism Management Specialty in Taiyuan Vocational Col?lege of Tourism as an example,this paper combines the real effect and achievement summary of the schoolbased textbook reform,project teaching practice,construction of the learning teaching team for the school-en?terprise cooperation practice and the students’internship innovation reform in the last six years,and forms the summary and inspiration for higher vocational colleges’docking of classroom teaching and post reality,which provides a new perspective and reference for other higher vocational colleges to improve the classroom teaching mode,optimise the method of personnel training,construct the practice-based teaching faculty and carry out the market-oriented project teaching.
