摘要
积极心理学认为:只有人的积极力量得到培育和增长,人性的消极方面才能得到消除或抑制,为改善高职院校学生的学习心理提供了一个新视角。本课题采用问卷调查法、访谈法,结合数据分析,对高职院校学生的学习心理进行调查,科学分析学生学习心理存在的问题及原因,并以积极心理学为理论指导,提出了高职院校学生积极学习心理的系统培养策略。
Positive psychology holds that that one’s negative aspects can be restrained or even removed only if his positive strength is cultivated and enhanced,which provides a new perspective in improving vocation?al college students’learning psychology.This research investigated and analyzed the current status,the prob?lems and their causes of higher vocational college students’learning psychology through questionnaire,individ?ual interview and data analysis,and finally put forward the systematic training strategy of higher vocational stu?dents'positive learning psychology under the guidance of positive psychology theory.
