清水营煤矿大断面搭接硐室钢管混泥土支架支护技术方案

摘要 清水营煤矿主斜井担负矿井的主提升任务,井筒下段1062m巷道变形失修,顶板整体下沉、帮臌、底臌严重,皮带框架受挤压、弯曲而无法运行。特别位于+1089m水平的搭接硐室原架设的50#、32#工字钢棚全部扭曲变形,通过架设钢管混凝土支护,形成一道钢管混凝土帷幕,有效地抵抗地应力,充分利用和发挥围岩自承能力再辅以联合支护的方式,来确保巷道长期稳定。 The main inclined shaft of Qingshuiying Coal Mine is responsible for the main lifting task of the mine.The 1062m roadway in the lower section of the shaft is deformed and out of repair,the whole,roof is sinking,with the serious heave and floor heave,and the belt frame is squeezed,which is unable to bend to operate.The 50#Li 32#I-shaped steel shed,which was originally erected at 1089m level,is all distorted and deformed.Through the erection of concrete filled steel tube(CFST)support,a concrete filled steel tube curtain is formed,which effectively resists the ground stress.The long-term stability of roadway can be ensured by making full use of the self-supporting capacity of surrounding rock.
