摘要 针对上覆厚硬顶板及宽煤柱留设带来冲击地压防治难题,针对性地开发"钻-切-压"一体化高效预裂坚硬顶板技术,利用高压水射流切缝为水力压裂提供起始裂纹,压裂压力可达45MPa,操作工艺简单、高效。现场观测表明,顶板压裂半径可达15m以上,巷帮压力降幅50%,有效地降低了临空巷道的危险程度。 In view of the impact ground pressure prevention problem caused by the overlying thick hard roof and the wide coal pillar retaining,the integration of"drill-cut-press"high-efficiency pre-cracking hard roof technology was developed,and the high pressure water jet cutting joint was used to provide the initial crack for hydraulic fracturing.The fracturing pressure can reach 45MPa,the operation technology is simple and high efficient.The field observation shows that the roof fracture radius can reach more than 15m,and the side pressure of roadway can be reduced by about 50,which effectively reduces the risk of flushing of the roadway near the goaf.
