摘要
选择性非催化还原(SNCR)是一种使用广泛的烟气脱硝技术,目前被火力发电厂广泛使用。其控制过程的特点是流程长、扰动因素多、大惯性、大延迟,这些特点导致SNCR自动控制系统的设计、优化和调整困难较大。本文介绍了300MW循环流化床发电厂SNCR自动控制系统的优化,提出了多项行之有效的优化措施。对于同类型火力发电厂SNCR烟气脱硝自动控制系统的设计和优化,具有一定的参考意义。
Selective non-catalytic reduction(SNCR)is a widely used flue gas denitration technology,which is widely used in thermal power plants.Its control process is characterized by long process,many disturbance factors,large inertia,and large delay.These characteristics make it difficult to design,optimize and adjust SNCR automatic control system.This paper introduces the optimization of SNCR automatic control system in 300MW circulating fluidized bed power plant,and puts forward several effective optimization measures.It has certain reference significance for the design and optimization of SNCR flue gas denitration automatic control system in the same type of thermal power plant.
