This paper introduces the optimization scheme of methanol feeding process and the recycle scheme of catalyst fine powder in the process of methanol-to-olefin(MTO)device.The problems existing in the original process and the advantages of the two optimized schemes are expounded.The two schemes can be applied to the same kind of devices,which can effectively shorten the start-up time and reduce the operating cost of the devices.
