摘要
甲醇制烯烃(MTO)装置中水洗水系统存在的蜡状物导致MTO装置无法长周期稳定运行。本文首先分析了形成蜡状物的原因、蜡状物组成,然后系统研究了萃取剂种类、用量及处理条件对蜡状物的作用,最终开发出一种水洗水中蜡状物萃取剂,并已在甲醇制烯烃(MTO)装置成功应用。
The wax which exists in the water washing system causes the MTO device to be unable to be operated steadily for a long period of time.Firstly,wax composition and causes of formation were analyzed in this paper.Secondly,the effect of different extraction agent,dosage and treatment conditions on wax was studied in detail.Finally,washing water wax extraction agent was developed and has been successfully used in the methanol to olefins(MTO)device.
