随着我国乙烯行业市场需求的不断扩大以及装置的不断新建,我国乙烯行业迎来一个新的发展机遇。乙烯裂解装置是乙烯生产系统的龙头,工艺复杂,腐蚀是导致裂解装置生产波动和产生安全隐患的决定因素,也成为影响经济效益的重要因素。因此,必须要加强乙烯裂解装置的防腐工作,及时推广应用有效可靠的腐蚀防护技术。本文简要介绍了目前乙烯裂解装置的腐蚀现状及采用的腐蚀防护技术,同时对其中需要注意的问题提出了建议。

With the expansion of the market demand of ethylene industry in our country and the new device,China's ethylene industry usher in a new development opportunity.Are the market leader in ethylene production system of ethylene cracking facility,process complex,corrosion is causing cracking unit production fluctuations and determinants of safe hidden trouble,also become the important factors influencing the economic benefit.Therefore,we must strengthen the anticorrosion of ethylene cracking plant,application of valid and reliable corrosion protection technology in a timely manner.This paper briefly introduces the corrosion status of ethylene cracking plant and corrosion protection technique,and puts forward some Suggestions for the problems that need to pay attention to.
