64层螺旋CT冠状动脉CTA动态容积再现图像辅助诊断心肌桥的临床应用价值 被引量:7

摘要 目的研究64层螺旋CT冠状动脉CTA动态容积再现图像辅助诊断心肌桥的临床应用价值。方法选择2016年3月至2017年9月行64层螺旋CT冠状动脉CTA检查的492例患者,经冠状动脉造影确诊为心肌桥患者51例。观察所有患者动态容积再现图像,分别统计诊断结果并进行分析。结果在冠状动脉造影确诊的51例心肌桥患者中,通过静态CTA图像检出42例,灵敏度为82.35%,特异度为93.20%;通过静态加动态CTA图像检出48例,灵敏度为94.12%,特异度为93.42%。结论在心肌桥的诊断当中,采用64层螺旋CT冠状动脉CTA动态容积再现图像辅助诊断的方法,通过综合分析静态加动态的CTA图像,能够进一步提高诊断准确率,具有较高的临床应用价值。 Objective To study the CTA dynamic volume of 64 slice CT coronaryartery image diagnosis of myocardial bridge for clinical application.Methods 492 patients were selected in March 2016 September-2017 CTA 64 slice spiral CT coronary artery,diagnosed by coronary angiography in 51 patients with myocardial bridge patients.All patients to observe the dynamic volume rendering graphics respectively,statistical diagnostic results and statistical analysis.Results In 51 patients with myocardial bridge coronary artery angiography in the static CTA images were detected in 42 cases,the sensitivity was 82.35%,specificity was 93.20%;through static and dynamic images of CTA were detected in 48 cases,the sensitivity was 94.12%,specificity was 93.42%.Conclusion in the diagnosis of myocardial bridge,by using the CTA dynamic volume of 64 slice spiral CT coronary artery image reproduction method of computer-aided diagnosis,CTA image through comprehensive analysis of static and dynamic,can further improve the diagnostic accuracy rate and it has high clinical application value.
