摘要
本文调查了中国西北地区330k V变电站汇控柜进尘进沙的原因,提出了330k V汇控柜防尘防沙关键技术,研制了新型330k V汇控柜样机,对汇控柜样机进行了防尘防水试验。试验结果表明:通过改进汇控柜设计方法及制造工艺,可有效提升汇控柜的防尘防沙性能,研制的新型330k V汇控柜可以满足西北大风沙地区的使用需求。
Investigated the reasons of dust entering and sand entering in the control cabinet of the 330kV substation in northwestern China,put forward the key technology of dust prevention and sand prevention for the 330kV substation control cabinet,developed a new prototype of 330kV control cabinet,and carried out the dustproof and waterproof test on the control cabinet prototype.The test results showed that the dust-proof and sand-preventing performance of the control cabinet can be effectively improved through the improvement of the design method and manufacturing process of the control cabinet.The new 330kV control cabinet can meet the requirements of the northwest dusty sand area.
