摘要
利用ANSYS对DP60/30B型节段拼装架桥机的各施工工况进行有限元分析,结果表明架桥机施工过程满足强度及刚度要求。对结构进行模态分析和谐响应分析,得到2个会使主梁产生较大响应的频率,分别为0.180Hz和0.409Hz。所得结论对施工安全有一定的指导意义。
The finite element analysis of each operating condition of type DP60/30B bridge girder erection machine was carried out by ANSYS.The results showed that the construction process of bridge erection machine met the requirements of strength and rigidity.Modal analysis and harmonic response analysis of the machine were carried out to get two frequencies(0.180Hz and 0.409Hz)which may make girder a greater response.The conclusion has instructional significance to construction safety
