摘要
研究多胞管的吸能特性,有助于其广泛应用于防护结构及防护工程中。本文通过数值软件ABAQUS模拟多胞管在不同倾角压缩下的吸能效果,通过对比平均压溃力及变形模式,揭示多胞管的吸能机理。研究表明,多胞管在斜向压缩下的变形模式有3种,分别是局部折叠、整体弯曲及混合折叠模式。其中当管件发生局部折叠时,试件的平均压溃力最大,吸能效果最好。
The study of the energy absorption characteristics of multi-celltubes is helpful for its wide application in protective structures and protective engineering.In this paper,ABAQUS was used to simulate the energy absorption ability of two kinds of multimodal tubes T1 and T2 under different inclination compresses.By comparing the mean crushing force and deformation mode,the energy absorption mechanism of multi-celltube was revealed.The results showed that there were three kinds of deformation modes of multicellular tube under oblique compression,which were progressive folding,integral bending and mixed folding mode.When specimens were crushed by the progressive folding model,it has the largest mean crushing force and best energy absorption ability.
