摘要
针对手持终端大功率、多模块、大功耗、散热困难的特点,从终端材质、散热方式以及导热材质等方面着手,运用热仿真分析软件FLoEFD进行热仿真分析计算。通过对比不同的影响因素可知,采用金属材质能提高手持终端的导热效率,使用风冷散热能有效提高终端的散热效率,对终端的温度降低有明显作用,为终端的合理结构设计提供理论基础。
Aiming at the high-power,multiple modules,high power consumption and heat dissipation difficulty of the handheld terminals,using the FLoEFD to analyze from the terminal material,thermal radiation and thermal conductive materials.Through comparing the different factors we know that using metal can improve the efficiency of thermal conductivity of the terminals and using airing cooling can improve the heat dissipation efficiency of terminal significantly,which can reduce the temperature of the terminals and provide theoretical basis for the reasonable structure design of the terminal
