无极绳绞车在煤矿生产中的应用研究

Study on the Application of endless Rope Winch in Coal Mine Production

目前,煤矿井下运输不可或缺的设备之一就是无极绳绞车,其在煤矿生产中代替了传统绞车,在煤矿运输中发挥了重要作用。本文首先分析无极绳绞车及其特点,然后探讨无极绳绞车的工作原理和结构,并阐述运用无极绳绞车的意义,最后针对无极绳绞车在煤矿井下运输中的应用提出相应对策。

At present,one of the indispensable equipment for underground transportation is endless rope winch.It has played an important role in coal mine transportation instead of traditional winch.This paper first analyzed the endless rope winch and its characteristics,then discussed the working principle and structure of endless rope winch,and expounded the significance of using endless rope winch.Finally,it put forward corresponding countermeasures for the application of endless rope winch in coal mine underground transportation.
