摘要
为检验超大型渡槽建造质量,采用回弹法对南水北调中线工程沙河渡槽混凝土结构的抗压强度进行无损检测,建立适用于沙河渡槽工程的幂函数测强曲线。并与钻孔取芯法进行对比,验证该回弹测强曲线的可靠性。结果表明,首次采用的预制渡槽架设施工工艺所完成的渡槽槽体质量优良,研究成果能够为回弹法检测沙河渡槽混凝土抗压强度规程的制定提供参考依据。
In order to test the construction quality of the super large aqueduct,rebound method was applied to nondestructive testing the compressive strength of concrete structure of Shahe aqueduct in middle route of South to North Water Transfer Project.A power function curve for Shahe aqueduct project was established.The reliability of the rebound strength curve was verified by comparison with the drilling coring method.The test results showed that the aqueduct constructed by adopting the prefabricated aqueduct for the first time had good quality.The research results can provide a reference for the determination of the concrete strength of Shahe aqueduct by rebound method.
