质子交换膜燃料电池流道尺寸对电池性能的影响 被引量:10

Effect of Flow Path Size of Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell on Battery Performance

摘要 采用计算流体动力学软件Fluent中的质子交换膜燃料电池PEMFC模块,对流道深度进行数值模拟优化。建立质子交换膜燃料电池单电池模型,研究不同流道深度对燃料电池性能的影响。仿真结果表明,直道型流场的深度越小,电池性能越好,但是过小的流道深度会造成压力损失变大。综合考虑,流道深度取值为0.6mm时,电池输出性能较优。 A numerical simulation optimization of flow channel depth was carried out by using the proton exchange membrane fuel cell module in CFD software.A single battery model of proton exchange membrane fuel cell was established to study the effect of different flow depth on fuel cell performance.The simulation results showed that the straight flow depth was smaller,the battery performance was better,but too small of the flow depth could cause the increase of pressure loss.In comprehensive consideration,when the channel depth is 0.6mm,the battery output performance is better.
