宫腔镜下电切术与宫腔镜下刮宫术治疗异常子宫出血的临床效果

Clinical effect of hysteroscopic electrosurgical resection and hysteroscopic curettage in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding

目的观察比较宫腔镜下电切术与宫腔镜下刮宫术治疗异常子宫出血的临床效果。方法 86例异常子宫出血患者,按照数字法随机分为对照组和观察组,各43例。观察组患者采用宫腔镜下电切术治疗,对照组患者采用宫腔镜下刮宫术治疗,比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组患者总有效率为97.7%,显著高于对照组的67.4%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量和并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论宫腔镜下电切术与宫腔镜下刮宫术治疗异常子宫出血效果相比,宫腔镜下电切术效果更加显著,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe and compare the clinical effect of hysteroscopic electrosurgical resection and hysteroscopic curettage in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods A total of 86 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding were divided by random number table method into control group and observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with hysteroscopic electrosurgical resection,and the control group was treated with hysteroscopic curettage.The clinical effect in two groups was compared.Results The observation group had significantly higher total effective rate as 97.7%than 67.4%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Both groups had no statistically significant difference in operation time,hospitalization time,intraoperative bleeding volume and incidence of complications(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with hysteroscopic curettage,hysteroscopic electrosurgical resection is more effective in treating abnormal uterine bleeding,and it is worthy of promotion and application
