软聚硅酮泡沫敷料在急性皮肤挫擦伤中的应用研究

Study on the application of soft polysilicone foam dressing in acute skin abrasion and contusion

目的观察软聚硅酮泡沫敷料在急性皮肤挫擦伤中的应用效果。方法 83例急性皮肤挫擦伤患者,按照随机数字法分为研究组(43例)和对照组(40例)。对照组患者应用常规伤口换药方法 ,研究组患者应用软聚硅酮泡沫敷料换药,观察比较两组患者第2次换药时疼痛评分、愈合时间及医疗费用。结果研究组患者第2次换药时疼痛评分低于对照组,愈合时间短于对照组,医疗费用明显少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=13.42、6.78、3.69,P<0.05)。结论软聚硅酮泡沫敷料应用于急性皮肤挫擦伤不仅可减轻患者第2次换药时伤口的疼痛,还可明显缩短伤口愈合时间,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the application effect of soft polysilicone foam dressing in acute skin abrasion and contusion.Methods A total of 83 acute skin abrasion and contusion patients were divided by random number table method into research group(43 cases)and control group(40 cases).The control group received conventional wound dressing change,and the research group received soft polysilicone foam dressing.Observation and comparison were made on pain score during second dressing change,healing time and medical cost between the two groups.Results The research group had lower pain score during second dressing change than the control group,shorter healing time than the control group and obviously less medical cost than the control group.Their difference was statistically significant(t=13.42,6.78,3.69,P<0.05).Conclusion Application of soft polysilicone foam dressing in acute skin abrasion and contusion can not only relive the pain during second dressing change,but also shorten wound healing time.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
