循证护理在88例急性心肌梗死并发心力衰竭患者中的应用效果

Application effect of evidence-based nursing in 88 patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure

目的探讨循证护理在急性心肌梗死并发心力衰竭患者中的护理效果,为临床护师选择合理护理方案提供参考。方法 176例急性心肌梗死并发心力衰竭患者,根据患者就诊时间先后分为对照组与研究组,各88例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予循证护理,观察比较两组护理效果。结果研究组心力衰竭发生率为5.68%,对照组心力衰竭发生率为20.45%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组各项护理满意度评分均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急性心肌梗死并发心力衰竭患者中应用循证护理效果确切,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the nursing effect of evidence-based nursing in 176 patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure,so as to provide a reference for clinical nurses to choose reasonable nursing regimen.Methods A total of 176 patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure were divided by visiting order into control group and research group,with 88 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the research group received evidence-based nursing.The nursing effect in two groups was observed and compared.Results The research group had incidence of heart failure as 5.68%,which was 20.45%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The research group ahd obviously higher nursing satisfaction scores than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of evidence-based nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure shows affirmative effect,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
