照相机前盖模具设计

Die Design of Camera Front Cover

采用现代化CADACM技术完成了一款照相机前盖的模具设计。在分析产品的注塑工艺性和结构工艺性的基础上,确定了一模两腔的结构方案,设计了分型面,并选定了注塑机;然后,计算模具结构的各个部分尺寸,选取标准模架,设计出模具的浇注系统各部分结构及尺寸;最后对模具进行了开模仿真,结果表明模具的成型零件满足设计要求,开模动作流畅无干涉。该设计满足了生产的需求。

The use of modern CADACM technology to complete the mold design a camera front cover.Based on injection molding process and the analysis of the structure of the product of the process,determine the structure scheme of two cavity of the first mock exam,design of the parting surface,and selected injection molding machine;then,calculate the mould structure of each part the size,selection of standard mold design,gating system of each part of the structure and size of mold cavity;finally the simulation results show that the molding parts mold,mold to meet the design requirements,smooth movements without interference.The design can meet the production needs.
