基于遗传算法的梭车优化设计

摘要 对梭车的转向机构进行了数学分析,确定主销中心距和外侧车轮最大转角为优化参数,建立了优化目标函数,并使用遗传算法对梭车的转向机构进行了优化设计,优化后减小了梭车的最小转弯半径和转向阻力矩,达到优化目的。 Mathematical analysis of steering mechanism of shuttle vehicle is carried out.The center distance of the main pin and the maximum rotation angle of the outside wheel are determined as the optimization parameters,the optimization objective function is established,and the optimization design of the steering mechanism of the shuttle vehicle is carried out by using genetic algorithm.After the optimization,the minimum turning radius and steering resistance moment of the shuttle vehicle are reduced.
