液压支架顶梁的重量优化

摘要 对特厚煤层采场液压支架的顶梁进行了重量优化研究,得到了最优参数,参数表明,顶梁重量减轻了14.1%;对支架顶梁变量的敏感性进行了分析,认为对顶梁重量最优解的影响程度为盖板厚度>腹板厚度>腹板高度,顶梁进行重量优化时应该采取以减小腹板厚度为主和以减小腹板高度为辅的手段。 In this paper,the weight optimization of the top beam of the hydraulic support in the thick coal seam stope is studied,and the optimum parameters are obtained.The parameters show that the weight of the top beam is reduced by 14.1.The sensitivity of the support top beam variable is analyzed.It is considered that the optimal solution to the weight of the top beam is the thickness of the cover plate>the thickness of the web plate>the height of the web plate,and when the weight of the top beam is optimized,the method of reducing the thickness of the plate of the lower web as the main factor and the height of the plate of the lower web as the auxiliary is adopted.
