摘要
针对某批机油泵精密螺栓加工126件,由于弯曲变形严重,成品率只有56%,造成大量报废这一问题,对细长轴类零件机油泵精密螺栓车削加工时产生弯曲变形的原因进行分析,从装卡方式、刀具选择、切削用量三个主要方面提出了减小变形的措施。通过工艺改进措施,在后续的零件生产中没有出现直线度超差的现象,零件合格,说明工艺改进是成功的。
According to 126 precision bolts of a certain oil pump,due to the serious bending deformation,the finished product rate is only 56%,resulting in a large number of scrapped problems.In this paper,the causes of bending deformation of oil pump precision bolts for slender shaft parts in turning are analyzed.The measures to reduce deformation are put forward from three main aspects:loading mode,tool selection and cutting parameters.In the subsequent parts production,there is no the phenomenon of straightness excess,and the parts are qualified,which shows that the process improvement is successful.
