摘要
在分析了带式输送机盘式制动装置工作原理的基础上,对控制盘式制动装置工作的液压系统的控制方式、控制机理进行了深入的分析研究,提出了一种新的以比例溢流阀为核心控制元件的液压控制系统。该系统可确保快速制动与平稳制动、有效制动的统一,为盘式制动装置液压系统的优化提供理论依据和技术支持。
On the basis of analyzing the working principle of disc brake device of belt conveyor,the control mode and control mechanism of hydraulic system controlling disc brake device are deeply analyzed and studied.A new hydraulic control system with proportional relief valve as the core control element is proposed,which ensures the unification of fast braking and steady braking,and effective braking.It provides theoretical basis and technical support for the optimization of hydraulic system of disc brake device.
