综采工作面配套设备的可靠性分析

摘要 通过对工作面生产过程中设备故障时间及故障原因的统计分析,对设备适应性及其配套合理性进行评估,以使综采工作面配套设备适应于开采条件和采煤工艺,减少其对采煤工艺的影响时间,从而提高设备配套的可靠性和工作面的生产效率。 Through the statistical analysis of equipment failure time and fault reason in the production process of the working face,the adaptability and the rationality of the equipment are evaluated,so that the supporting equipment of the fully mechanized mining face is adapted to the mining condition and the coal mining process,the influence time on the coal mining process is reduced so that the reliability of the equipment and the production efficiency of the working face are improved.
