综放工作面端头支架应用效果与探讨

Application Effect and Discussion of End Support in Fully Mechanized Caving Face

阳煤三矿为有效解决综放工作面端头支护的难题,在综放工作面应用了ZFT25000/20/38H型端头支架。针对该支架的应用实践过程,通过对端头支护设计、液压支架技术参数、端头支架操作进行分析,进一步对使用效果展开讨论,并提出了存在的问题及建议。实践证明,该顶板支护效果良好,明显改善现场工作环境,减轻了劳动强度。

In order to effectively solve the problem of end support in fully mechanized caving face,ZFT25000/20/38H type end support is applied in fully mechanized caving face.The end support design,technical parameters of hydraulic support and operation of end support are analyzed.Furthermore,the application effect is discussed,and the existing problems and suggestions are put forward.Through the successful application,the roof supporting effect is good,the working environment is obviously improved,and the labor intensity is reduced.
