结合自身工作实践分别研究了综采设备的安装工艺与拆除工艺,从技术和管理两大方面总结了提高综采设备安装质量的措施。分析认为,必须了解矿山综采设备安装工程与拆除工程的特点,明确综采设备常见的安装与拆除问题及原因,并充分掌握综采设备安装工艺与拆除工艺,注重科学、合理的应用这些工艺来安拆综采设备。

The installation technology and demolition technology of fully mechanized mining equipment is studied in combination with their own working practice,and the measures to improve the installation quality of fully mechanized mining equipment are summarized from two aspects of technology and management.It is necessary to understand the characteristics of the installation and demolition of fully mechanized mining equipment,to make clear the common problems and causes of installation and removal of fully mechanized mining equipment,and to fully grasp the installation technology and demolition technology of the fully mechanized mining equipment and pay attention to science.Reasonable application of these processes removes fully mechanized mining equipment.
