摘要
基于光伏组件自动化生产线机械手智能控制系统基本原理和技术性能指标,从机械手机械部分和电控部分的设计构思入手,详细分析包括机械臂、所爪动作、转盘在内的机械制造单元的设计方案,并就机械手的计算机控制系统的每个单循环所执行的程序进行了介绍。
Based on the basic principle and technical performance index of manipulator intelligent control system in photovoltaic module automation production line,starting with the design conception of mechanical part and electronic control part of manipulator,the detailed analysis includes manipulator arm and claw action.The design scheme of the mechanical manufacturing unit including the turntable is introduced,and the program of each single cycle of the computer control system of the manipulator is introduced.
