Cause Analysis and Prevention Measures of Gear Wear in Traveling Part of Shearer

减轻采煤机行走部齿轮磨损,可更好地保障采煤机的连续、可靠运行,因此分析了采煤机行走部齿轮磨损原因,并结合工作经验提出了相应预防措施,以期能有效防范采煤机行走部齿轮磨损,在提高采煤机生产效能的同时,最大限度地延长采煤机运行寿命。

In order to reduce the gear wear of the shearer's walking part and better ensure the continuous and reliable operation of the shearer,this paper mainly analyzes the causes of the gear wear of the shearer's walking part,and puts forward the corresponding preventive measures combined with my actual working experience.It is expected that it can effectively prevent the gear wear in the walking part of the shearer and prolong the operating life of the shearer as much as possible while improving the production efficiency of the shearer.
