通过对江西绿色油茶发展存在问题进行综合阐述,即补贴政策不到位、油茶集约化水平低及管理模式粗犷三方面,提出了促进油茶产业有效发展的针对性对策,以期形成江西省油茶带动经济战略,实现经济效益与生态效益的均衡。
