On Modernization of Rural Governance System

党的十九大提出了"乡村振兴"战略,明确将"治理有效"作为重要战略目标,乡村治理作为国家治理体系的重要基石,也是实现乡村振兴战略的基础和保障。要实现乡村社会有效治理,需要我们厘清乡村治理的宏观背景的转换,正确认识当前乡镇治理所面临的困境,按照十九大的要求,提升乡镇治理现代化水平,助力"乡村振兴"战略落地生根。

The 19 th National Congress of CPC puts forward the strategy of“Rural Revitalization”,taking“effective governance”as an important strategic goal.As an important cornerstone of the national governance system,rural governance is also the basis and guarantee for the realization of the strategy of rural revitalization.In order to realize the effective governance of the rural society,we need to clarify the transformation of the macro background of rural governance and correctly comprehend the difficulties faced in the current rural governance.In accordance with the requirements of the 19 th National Congress of CPC,we should promote the modernization level of rural governance and implementation of“Rural Revitalization”strategy.
