高校工会工作的法治思维研究

A Study on Rule of Law Thinking of Labour Union Work in Universities

面对全面推进依法治国与教育治理现代化的历史使命,高校工会积极推进工会治理法治化,其中法治思维是关键因素。本文首先界定了法治思维的内涵,并以此为基础澄清了法治思维在高校工会法治建设中的功能;然后依照功能反观高校工会治理中的法治思维现状,找出困境原因;最后有针对性地探索高校工会治理中法治思维的形成路径。

Faced with the historical mission of comprehensively promoting rule of law and the modernization of educational governance,labour unions in universities actively promote rule of law in labour union governance,in which rule of law is the key factor.This article first defines the connotation of rule of law thinking,and clarifies the functions of rule of law thinking in construction of rule of law in universities;then according to the functions,the thesis shows the present situation of rule of law thinking in management of labour unions in universities and finds out the causes of the predicament;at last,the author explores the formation path of rule of law thinking governance in labour union in universities.
