内蒙古未成年人法律援助的困境及对策研究

A Study on Predicaments and Countermeasures of Legal Aid for Juveniles in Inner Mongolia

法律援助作为具体司法工作的重要组成部分,要符合依法治国的要求,改善法律援助中的不足之处,提高法律援助质量,特别是对于未成年人的法律援助工作,保障公民应有的司法权力顺利实施。未成年人法律援助是法律援助工作的重要组成部分,政府应采取积极措施保障法律援助工作顺利进行,将法律援助法律化和制度化,让法律援助有法可依。通过借鉴国内外先进制度,结合内蒙古地区未成年人法律援助的实施现状全面分析法律援助工作存在的不足之处,并给相关制度的完善提供可行的建议。

Abstract:As an important part of specific judicial work,legal aid has to meet the requirements of rule of law and improve the shortcomings of legal aid and the quality of legal aid,particularly,legal aid to juveniles.It still has to ensure the smooth implementation of judicial rights due to citizens.Legal aid for juveniles is an important part of the work of legal aid.Government should take positive measures to ensure the smooth progress of the legal aid work,legalize and institutionalize legal aid,so that legal aid can be governed by law.Drawing lessons from the advanced system at home and abroad,analyzing the present situation of the implementation of legal aid for juveniles in Inner Mongolia and the shortcomings of the legal aid work,considering the improvement of the related system,the author puts forward some practical suggestions.
