酮康唑单独治疗以及酮康唑联合克霉唑栓治疗老年念球菌性阴道炎的疗效比较

Curative effect of ketoconazole alone and ketoconazole combined with clonazole suppository in the treatment of senile menococcal vaginitis

目的:比较酮康唑单独治疗和酮康唑联合克霉唑栓治疗老年念球菌性阴道炎的疗效。方法:选取我院2015年3月-2016年3月收治的80例老年念球菌性阴道炎患者作为观察对象,随机分为单独治疗组与联合治疗组。单独治疗组给予酮康唑单独治疗方案,每天晚饭后口服200mg,一个疗程为3天;联合治疗组则实施酮康唑联合克霉唑栓治疗方案,酮康唑片的剂量、时间和周期与单独治疗组一致,每晚临睡前在患者阴道深处放置1枚克霉唑栓,一个疗程为3天,两组患者均以3个疗程为一个治疗周期。治疗前和治疗1、2、3、6个月后进行临床症状和体征状况评分比较,患者治疗后1、2、3、6个月进行疗效评估,记录两组患者治疗中出现的不良反应,治疗后6个月之后,再进行6个月的随访调查,检测患者是否复发。结果:经过治疗两组患者临床症状和体征状况均有改善,相关评分有所下降(P<0.05);在治疗效果、不良反应发生率、复发情况方面,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后3、6个月的效果明显优于1、2个月,但两组患者同一时段治疗效果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:酮康唑单独治疗和酮康唑联合克霉唑栓治疗老年念球菌性阴道炎的疗效相当,通过治疗,短期内酮康唑联合克霉唑栓治疗效果更优。

Objective:To explore the curative effects of single ketoconazole and ketoconazole combined with clothiazole suppositories in the treatment of elderly patients with candida vaginitis.Methods:Eighty cases of elderly patients with candida vaginitis were enrolled from March 2015 to March 2016.They were randomly divided into individual treatment group and combined treatment group.The individual treatment group was given single ketoconazole while the combined treatment group was given with ketoconazole combined with clothiazole suppositories.The clinical symptoms and signs of the two groups before and after treatment and the relevant scores were collected.The therapeutic effect,the adverse reaction and the relapse of the two treatment groups were compared.Results:The clinical symptoms and signs of the two groups were both improved,and the correlation scores decreased(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the treatment effect,the incidence of adverse reactions and the incidence of recurrence(P>0.05).The symptom relief of patients in the combined treatment group was significantly higher than that in the individual treatment group after treatment of 28 d and 56 d(P<0.05).Conclusions:Single ketoconazole is similar to ketoconazole combined with clothiazole suppositories in the treatment of elderly patients with candida vaginitis.But in the short term the treatment effect of ketoconazole combined with clothiazole suppositories was better.
