孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德吸入治疗小儿慢性咳嗽的临床效果分析

Clinical analysis of the effect of montelukast sodium and budesonide inhalation on chronic cough in children

目的:探究孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德吸入治疗小儿慢性咳嗽的临床效果。方法:选取2015年6月至2016年11月在我院就诊的慢性咳嗽患儿82例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将所有患儿分为两组,各41例。对照组患儿给予200~400μg·d-1布地奈德气雾剂吸入治疗,观察组患儿在此基础上联合4~5 mg·d-1孟鲁司特钠片治疗,治疗1个月后,比较两组临床疗效、肺功能指标:包括一秒用力呼气容积(Forced expiratory volume in one second,FEV1)、用力肺活量(Forced vital capacity,FVC)、呼气峰流速(Peak expiratory flow,PEF),及腹泻、恶心、喘鸣等不良反应发生率。结果:与对照组相比,观察组临床疗效明显升高(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿FEV1、FVC、PEF水平明显高于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组不良反应发生率略低,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德吸入治疗小儿慢性咳嗽,可有效提高临床治疗效果,改善肺功能,且不良反应率较低、安全性较高。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of montelukast combined with budesonide inhalation in the treatment of chronic cough in children.Methods:Eighty-two cases of chronic cough in our hospital from June 2015 to November 2016 were selected as the object of study.According to the random number table method,all the children were divided into two groups,41 cases each.The patients in control group were given 200~400μg·d-1 budesonide aerosol inhalation treatment,patients in observation group were given 4~5 mg·d-1 montelukast sodium tablets treatment on the basis of 200~400μg·d-1 budesonide aerosol inhalation treatment.After 1 month of treatment,the lung function indexes of the two groups were compared,including forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),peak expiratory flow(PEF),and diarrhea,nausea,wheezing and other adverse reaction rates.Results:Compared with the control group,the clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FEV1,FVC and PEF in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was slightly lower,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Montelukast combined with budesonide inhalation in the treatment of chronic cough in children can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and improve lung function,with low adverse reaction rate and high safety.
