高校图书馆文化馆员制度初探

A preliminary Study on the Cultural Librarian System of University Library

为顺应建设社会主义文化强国、全面建成小康社会、校园文化建设的需要,高校图书馆当实行文化馆员制度,发挥文化馆员在高校文化传承和创新中的策划、引导、组织协调、示范作用。高校图书馆虽有文化服务机构,却少有文化馆员岗位,文化建设制度也不健全。实行文化馆员制度,必须转变观念,健全与文化馆员相关的制度,用制度保障和规范文化馆员的运行和发展。

In compliance with the need of building a strong socialist cultural power,building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and the construction of campus culture,the university library should implement the system of cultural librarians so as to play the role of cultural librarians in the planning,guiding,organizing and coordinating of cultural inheritance and innovation in colleges and universities.Although there are cultural service institutions in university libraries,but there are few cultural librarians and cultural construction institutions are not sound.To implement the system of cultural librarians,we must change the concept,improve the system related to the cultural librarians,and use the system to guarantee and standardize the operation and development of the cultural librarians.
