国外毒品预防教育经验及其对我国小学高年级毒品预防教育的启示

Foreign Experiences on Drug Prevention Education and Its Enlightenment to Senior Grade in Primary School in China

近年来,我国新发现吸毒人群呈现逐渐低龄化的趋势,面对青少年的毒品预防教育刻不容缓。国外开展毒品预防教育较早,经验丰富,主要特点是教育时间早、重视生命教育、组织机构协同合作。我国应充分吸取国外毒品预防教育经验,研究针对小学高年级学生的毒品预防教育内容以及要求。应尊重青少年认知发展规律、转变原有的恐吓式教育模式、突出具体形象思维的教育手段、利用新媒体线上线下结合开展教育,以建立系统科学的青少年毒品预防教育体系。

In recent years,the new drug addicts in China have gradually become younger and younger,and it is urgent to face teenager's drug prevention education.The education of drug prevention in foreign countries is earlier than our country and has rich experience.The main characteristics are the early education time,the life education and the cooperation among the organizations.Our country should fully absorb the experience,and study the content and curriculum requirements of drug prevention education for senior grade primary school students.We should respect the rules of adolescent cognitive development,change threatening education mode,highlight the image of the original concrete thinking method,use new media,combine online and offline education,to establish a scientific and systematic adolescent drug prevention education system.
