影响腈纶纤维沸水收缩率测试误差分析

ANALYSIS ON TEST DEVIATION ON BOILING WATER SHRINKAGE RATE OF THE ACRYLIC FIBER

分析每束样品质量、加工制作收缩框架对腈纶纤维沸水收缩率测试结果的影响,提出纤维束之间的质量越平行越有利于分析数据的获取,加工制作收缩框架时的上、下样品夹橡胶垫之间的距离应严格控制恒距,以及张力砝码组成部件的质量应严格控制在32.00 g±0.05 g。

Influent of each beam sample quality,manufacture of the shrinkage frame on the boiling water shrinkage rate of the acrylic fiber was analyzed.Better mass balance between the fiber bundles is favoring to obtain the analysis data.Distance between rubber pads for the upper and low clip should be controlled strictly to a constant distance during manufacture of the shrinkage frame,and the quality of the tension weight components should be controlled strictly in the scale of 32.00 g±0.05 g.
