摘要
应用结构方程模型(SEM)方法,通过分析模型内潜变量和观测变量之间的相互关系,我们对教师特质影响初中学生的学业成就进行了研究。从教师角度出发评估变量,将教师特质对初中学生学业成就的影响因素分为教师背景、教师情意、教师态度、教师教学创造、教师期望5个潜在变量,15个可测变量,进行了问卷调查,并应用AMOS17.0和SPSS17.0数据分析软件进行信度分析,运用结构方程模型对假设模型进行分析验证。总体上模型的拟合度较好,5个研究假设都得到了支持。最后,在结果分析的基础上为提高初中学生学业成就提出合理化建议。
This article uses SEM to investigate the influence of teachers'characteristics achievement of secondary school students by analyzing the relationship between model of latent variables and observed variables.Starting from the perspective of the teacher,it divides the influence factors into five latent variables including teachers'background,teachers'emotion and belief,teacher’s attitude,teachers’teaching creation,teachers’expectation,and 15 measurable variables.We carry out a questionnaire survey,make reliability analysis with AMOS17.0 and SPSS17.0 data analysis software,and use structural equation model to analyze and verify the hypothesis model.Results show that the model fits well,and five hypotheses are supported.Finally,on the basis of the results analysis,reasonable suggestions are put forward to improve students’academic achievement.
