荧光定量PCR对淋球菌、沙眼衣原体及解脲支原体检测结果分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:比较分析新疆石河子地区门诊患者泌尿生殖道淋球菌(NG)、沙眼衣原体(CT)和解脲支原体(UU)的感染情况和特点,为临床诊断及防治提供依据。方法:采用实时荧光定量PCR技术对718例患者的泌尿生殖道分泌物NG、CT和UU进行核酸定量检测。结果:718例患者NG、CT和UU总感染率为89.42%,单一感染总检出率为48.19%,混合感染总检出率为19.08%;NG、CT和UU的阳性检出率分别为36.35%、21.31%和31.75%,男性NG感染率显著高于女性(P<0.01),男性CT感染率也明显高于女性(P<0.05),女性UU感染率明显高于男性(P<0.01)。混合感染以CT+UU检出率最高为5.85%。不同年龄组感染情况显示,感染率以21~50岁年龄组最高。结论:新疆石河子地区门诊患者中NG、CT和UU感染率较高,应引起重视并加强对各年龄段人群性传播疾病的防治教育工作;荧光定量PCR检测NG、CT和UU具有操作简便、特异性高、重复性好和敏感性强等优势,对临床诊断具有重要意义。 To detect Neisseria gonorrhoeae(NG),Chlamydia trachomatis(CT)and Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU)infection in Shihezi,China.Methods:The genital urinary tract infections in 718 patients were tested for NG,CT,UU by using the real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR.Results:The overall rate of infection was 89.42%,the rate of single infection was 48.19%and the rate of mixed infection was 19.08%;the positive rates of NG,CT and UU were 36.35%,21.31%and 31.75%,respectively.The incidence of NG was significantly higher in male group than in female group(P<0.01),and the incidence of CT was also higher in male group than in female group(P<0.05),but the rate of infection with UU was significantly higher in female group than in male group(P<0.01).The main form of mixed infection was CT+UU(5.85%).The infection rate was highest in the age group of 21~50 years.Conclusion:There was a high rate of infection with NG,CT and UU in Shihezi,prevention education and early diagnoses are very necessary.The real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR assay is easy to perform,more specific and sensitive in detecting NG,CT and UU in urogenital tract infection.
