摘要
当前浙江省水质型缺水情况日趋严重,基于灰水足迹视角探究浙江省工业出口结构优化途径,可为当地加强需水管理、缓解水质型缺水提供依据。基于投入产出法量化浙江省工业出口灰水足迹量,采用LMDI因素分解法分析该省工业出口灰水足迹的贸易结构变化效应,并探究浙江省为降低灰水足迹而优化工业出口结构的途径,得到以下结论:(1)与2007年相比,2010年浙江省工业出口灰水足迹降低了3.34×1011m^3,从降低灰水足迹角度出发仍存在一定的优化空间;(2)浙江省在加强需水管理缓解水质型缺水问题中,可重点降低造纸印刷及文教体育用品制造业、化学工业、纺织业、金属冶炼及压延加工业等4部门的出口比重。从灰水足迹角度研究了浙江省工业出口结构优化问题,并选择了相对简便的出口结构调整方法,可提高研究的针对性与实用性。
Nowadays,the pollution induced water shortage is becoming more and more serious in Zhejiang.Exploring the way to optimize the industrial export structure based on the perspective of grey water footprint,could help giving some accordance for the local water demand management to alleviate water shortage.Based on the Input-output analysis,the grey water footprint of industrial exports in Zhejiang was estimated,with its trading structure change effect studied using the LMDI factorization.Finally,the route to optimize the industrial export structure was mined for the reduction of grey water footprint.It is found that:①the grey water footprint of industrial exports in Zhejiang in 2010 is smaller than that in 2007,it is reduced 3.34×10 11 m 3,has some space for adjustment from the perspective of reducing the grey water footprint;②In the local water demand management to alleviate water shortage in Zhejiang,the export proportion of these four industrial export sectors should be reduced,which are paper printing and cultural and sports equipment manufacturing,chemical industry,textile industry,metal smelting and rolling processing industry.The optimization of industrial export structure in Zhejiang is studied from the perspective of grey water footprint,selecting relatively simple export structure adjustment method,which can improve the pertinence and practicability of the research.
