摘要
针对某矿井采掘衔接紧张问题,提出了迎回采面沿空掘巷技术,在理论计算合理煤柱宽度为5 m后,通过数值模拟可知,0913回风顺槽掘进迎头在距离0912工作面前方47 m及回采后方104 m,受覆岩运动动压影响剧烈,需停止掘进,待通过该区域后再正常掘进,并针对J1J2段和J2J3段采区提出了不同的支护方案,通过工程实践,有效维护了沿空巷道的围岩稳定。
Aimed at to solve the tension problem of connecting mining and heading in a mine,this paper proposes the technique of driving along the goaf facing the working face.Theoretical calculation shows that reasonable width of coal pillar should be 5 m.it is found by numerical simulation that there are two sites where the dynamic pressure of the overlying strata is affected drastically,one is 47m ahead of 0912 face and the another is 104 m backside of the No.0913 face.The heading should be stopped at these two sites to wait for mining being done.Different support schemes are applied for the J1J2 and J2J3 sections,the engineering practice guaranteed the stability of surrounding rock.
