摘要
目的分析探讨彩色多普勒超声在妊娠期妇女甲状腺检查中的应用价值。方法选择来我院进行甲状腺超声检查的女性200例,包括50例非妊娠女性和150例妊娠期女性(早、中、晚期妊娠各50例),均给予常规甲状腺超声检查,测量甲状腺的各径线值,选择彩色多普勒技术对甲状腺上动脉管径和峰值流速(SPV)、阻力指数(PI)进行测量,同时和血清甲状腺功能检测指标比较。结果非妊娠女性和妊娠期女性的甲状腺体积差异不显著(P>0.05);妊娠期女性SPV高于非妊娠女性(P<0.05)。不同妊娠期女性SPV、FT3、FT4、TSH比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。不同妊娠期女性的甲状腺SPV和FT3、FT4表现为负相关,和TSH表现为正相关(P<0.05)。结论通过超声参数测量来观察不同妊娠期女性的甲状腺SPV,同时和血清甲状腺功能进行比较,能更好地了解和掌握不同妊娠期女性的甲状腺功能变化情况。
Objective To analyze the application value of color Doppler ultrasonography in thyroid detection of pregnant women.Methods Two hundred cases of women undergoing thyroid ultrasound in our hospital were enrolled in this study,including 50 cases of non-pregnant women and 150 cases of pregnant women(50 cases of early pregnancy,50 cases of mid pregnancy and 50 cases of late pregnancy).All the women were given routine ultrasound examination of thyroid,then the values of various diameters of the thyroid volume were measured,the thyroid artery diameter and peak velocity(SPV),resistance index(PI)were measured at the same time by color Doppler imaging,and compared with the indexes of serum thyroid function.Results The volume of thyroid in non-pregnant women was not different from that in pregnant women(P>0.05);the SPV in pregnant women was significantly higher than that in non-pregnant women(P<0.05),and there were significant differences in the levels of SPV,FT3,FT4 and TSH among different period of pregnant women(P<0.05).The SPV were negatively correlated with the levels of FT3,FT4 in the thyroid of women with different gestation periods,and positively correlated with the level of TSH(P<0.05).Conclusion Observing the peak flow velocity of thyroid artery in different pregnant women by ultrasound parameter measurement,at the same time comparing with serum thyroid function can understand and grasp the changes of thyroid function in different gestational women better.
