空腹血糖受损者游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸与血脂代谢关系的研究

Relationship between free tri-iodothyronine and lipid metabolism in patients with impaired fasting glucose

目的探讨空腹血糖受损者甲状腺功能对血脂代谢的影响。方法选取在我院体检的空腹血糖受损者438例为空腹血糖受损组(IFG组),另选取健康体检者135例作为对照组(NC组)。分析两组各项体检指标及IFG组患者指标与LDL-C的关系。结果 IFG组患者的TG、TC、BMI、LDL-C、FBG水平均高于NC组,HDL-C和FT3水平低于NC组(P<0.01)。IFG组LDL-C与BMI和FBG呈正相关,与FT3呈负相关(r=0.2592,2.8863,-1.1316,P<0.01)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,BMI和FT3是LDL-C的影响因素。结论随着血糖升高,空腹血糖受损者血脂代谢紊乱加重,FT3水平下降。FT3是影响空腹血糖受损者血脂变化的重要因素。

Objective To explore the impact of thyroid function on lipid metabolism in impaired fasting glucose.Methods A total of 438 cases of patients with impaired fasting glucose in our hospital were selected as impaired fasting glucose group(IFG group),and another 135 healthy subjects were selected as the control group(NC group).The physical examination indicators of the two groups and the relationship of physical examination indicators in IFG group and LDL-C were analyzed.Results The levels of TG,TC,BMI,LDL-C and FBG in the IFG group were higher than those in the NC group,while the levels of HDL-C and FT3 in the IFG group were lower than those in the NC group(P<0.01).The LDL-C in the IFG group was positively correlated with BMI and FBG,but negatively correlated with FT3(r=0.2592,2.8863,-1.1316,P<0.01).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that BMI and FT3 were the influencing factors of LDL-C.Conclusion With the increase of blood glucose,the blood lipid metabolism disorders and FT3 levels decreased in patients with impaired fasting blood glucose.FT3 is an important factor affecting the changes of blood lipids in patients with impaired fasting glucose.
