幽门螺杆菌感染与反流性食管炎的相关性分析

Analysis of the correlation between Helicobacter pylori infection and reflux esophagitis

目的探讨幽门螺杆菌感染与反流性食管炎的相关性。方法选择2011年3月至2016年3月在我院收治的反流性食管炎患者95例为研究对象,所有患者均经胃镜检查确诊为反流性食管炎。按照中华医学会消化病学分会2000年制定的Tygatat分级标准,将95例反流性食管炎患者分为Ⅰ~Ⅴ级,Ⅰ级28例,Ⅱ级39例,Ⅲ级21例,Ⅳ级4例,Ⅴ级3例。比较不同分级的反流性食管炎患者幽门螺杆菌感染发生率。结果本研究95例反流性食管炎患者中,共有55例患者发生幽门螺杆菌感染,总感染率为57.89%(55/95);反流性食管炎分级Ⅰ级的幽门螺杆菌感染率为67.86%(19/28),Ⅱ级为53.85%(21/39),Ⅲ级为57.14%(12/21),Ⅳ级为50.00%(2/4),Ⅴ级为33.33%(1/3);随着反流性食管炎患者疾病严重程度的增加,幽门螺杆菌感染的发生率逐渐降低。结论反流性食管炎患者的严重程度随幽门螺杆菌感染发生率的升高而降低,两者之间呈负相关。

Objective To study the correlation between Helicobacter pylori infection and reflux esophagitis.Methods Ninety-five cases of reflux esophagitis patients admitted in our hospital from March 2011 to March 2016 were selected and diagnosed as the reflux esophagitis by endoscopy.According to the Tygatat classification criteria established by the gastroenterology branch of Chinese Medical Association in 2000,95 reflux esophagitis patients were divided intoⅠ~Ⅴgrade,28 cases of gradeⅠ,39 cases of gradeⅡ,21 cases of gradeⅢ,4 cases of gradeⅣ,3 cases of gradeⅤ.Helicobacter pylori infection rates in patients with reflux esophagitis of different grades were compared.Results In 95 reflux esophagitis patients,there were 55 patients infected with Helicobacter pylori,the Helicobacter pylori total infection rate was 57.89%;the infection rate in grade I reflux esophagitis was 67.86%(19/28),which in grade II was 53.85%(21/39),in grade III was 57.14%(12/21),in grade IV was 50.00%(2/4),and in grade V was 33.33%(1/3).With the increase of the severity of reflux esophagitis,the incidence of Helicobacter pylori infection decreased gradually.Conclusion The severity of reflux esophagitis decrease with the increase of the incidence of Helicobacter pylori infection,and there is a negative correlation between them.
